2022 Pool Season
1. The pools will be opening for the 2022 season on Saturday, May 14, and will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
2. HOA Members: If you currently have a pool keycard, no action is needed, your keycard will work this year. If you do not have a pool keycard, please complete and submit the HOA Member Keycard Application Form.
3. Non-HOA Members in Southern Woods: All non-HOA members must complete and submit the Non-HOA Member Keycard Application Form. If you had a keycard last year, please follow the renewal instructions on the form.

Southern Woods West Homeowners Association is proud to serve 3 unique and diverse neighborhoods: Courtside at Southern Woods, Shadow Creek and South Springs. We are located in the city of Brentwood in the northeastern corner of beautiful Williamson County Tennessee.
The neighborhoods offer wonderful amenities such as 3 swimming pools, a tennis court and a spacious park featuring a children’s playground.
Multiple events are held each year to bring the subdivisions together including an Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Pool Party, and Donuts with Santa.

Courtside at Southern Woods is the largest of the three subdivisions with 256 homes. This family-friendly neighborhood is nestled in a wooded hillside with mature trees and quiet cul-de-sacs. The homes feature traditional designs and grassy common areas are sprinkled throughout the community.
Shadow Creek is a family-oriented community with 145 homes placed upon both level and hillside lots. With an elementary school located just minutes away and easy access to and from the neighborhood, Shadow Creek is a comfortable and convenient place to live.
South Springs is the smallest of the three neighborhoods comprised of two quiet cul-de-sacs with 18 homes. South Springs is surrounded by mature trees, boasts larger lot sizes, minimal traffic and is convenient to restaurants and retail shops along Nolensville Road.
