The Southern Woods West HOA Board consists of 7 elected neighborhood volunteers. Board meetings are held monthly (or as-needed) with an Annual Homeowner meeting held in September.

Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a group of fellow homeowners responsible for maintaining our subdivision’s high standards and ensures that the architectural and aesthetic integrity of the neighborhood is upheld.

Welcome Committee
The Welcome Committee is responsible to greet all new residents. They deliver a welcome packet with key HOA Information, a small gift and a smile. Quarterly HOA Homeowner Dues
Payment Schedule
Quarterly homeowner dues are $
Payment is due on the 1st day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1) and must be received by the 30th to avoid a late fee and admin fee
